Based on the proven Nordest Sardinha 2 Ti geometry, the new Nordest TXIXARRO Ti hosts the 12-speed Pinion gearbox which allows you to use either a traditional transmission chain or a non-lubricated belt drive.
This is an impressive bikepacking bike, very reliable and almost maintenance-free. Its sealed gearbox adds comfort and reliability to an already proven package, designed to go to the end of the world (and back in one piece). The philosophy here is to enjoy every pedal stroke, discover the scenery and the people on the journey, contemplate the stars in some remote place, and the next morning roll up the sleeping bag to continue the adventure.
Designed for long days of independent touring on dirt tracks, with the safety, comfort and convenience of a TITANIUM Ti3Al2.5V double butted frame, and modern safety geometry thanks to the head tube angle and adjustable chainstays. Many riders have put the prototypes to the test and agree that the geometry is incredibly comfortable, climbs well and is safe, even on tricky descents.
Frame
The frame can be fitted with plus wheels for extra traction and flotation: 27.5″+ up to 3.0″, 29″, and 29″+ up to 2.6″. As for the fork, we suggest a rigid carbon fork to match the frame, but you can also fit a suspension fork with 100/120 mm travel. Ready to attach all kinds of mounts, bags, panniers, mudguards and accessories you can imagine.
Fork
This rigid fork in CARBON is engineered for our Nordest Sardinha 2 Ti frame and is compatible with any frame designed for 100 mm to 120mm travel fork, can accommodate a 29 x 2.6″ tire with ease, and is the perfect choice for many 29er frames.
It will be able to choose between two Rake positions: 44mm or 51mm.
The brake support is postmount mount type 160mm.
Guide rails are available to install a disc brake, as well as holes for front rack mounting and Three-Pack on both sides of the fork. And holes to internal routing cable electric cable.
QR 15×110 thru-axle included with the fork.
