In 2026 Nordest Cycles turns ten. Today there is at least one Nordest in 93 countries across five continents, and more than 5,000 steel and titanium frames in the hands of their owners.

The idea was born in early September 2016, walking the ancestral paths of north-east Portugal. Among wild figs and blackberries, the scent of those fields and their dry, piercing air gave the brand its name and its story.
