We started our journey in 2016 creating the NORDEST Cycles brand and developing our first model. The brand’s identity is inspired by the wild region of “Tras-os-Montes”, in the north-east of Portugal. Our head badge symbolizes a “Careto”, a traditional element of the transmontane Carnival. The Northeast region is the land from where the Jer\u00f3nimo’s family comes, he’s the ideologue of this project and in this way he pays homage to its origins.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our products are designed in the Canary Islands, where the orography and the mild climate allow the development and test of bicycles in any of its modalities all year round.<\/p>\n

We build the frames in an advanced factory located in Taiwan, using CrMo 4130<\/strong> steel and Ti3Al2.5V<\/strong> titanium. Our technician assembles bicycles in Spain, using aluminium and carbon components from leading brands as reliable as Thomsom, Cane Creek, Shimano, FOX, etc.<\/p>\n

Appart from the fully equipped bike, it’s possible to purchase only the frame, and also a kit that includes frame, suspension fork and optionally a telescopic seatpost.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

NORDEST Cycles exists thanks to the effort of a small multidisciplinary team driven by Jer\u00f3nimo, designer of titanium frames that has been making custom-designed frames since 2010 under the name of Jer\u00f3nimo Cycles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We currently have the Nordest Bardino, an enduro hardtail <\/strong>MTB made of chromoly steel. We also have its titanium version, the Nordest Bardino Ti.<\/p>\n

In the next months we will be presenting our second model, the Nordest Sardinha, it will be a bikepacking<\/strong> MTB.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
