International transfers<\/h4>\n<p>We sell to customers in many countries. To deliver your order, we share your delivery details with the carrier in the destination country, which is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 49.1.b GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Google, Meta and Mailchimp may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission found adequate on 10 July 2023, where the company participates in it, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. Source of the data, obligation to provide it and automated decisions<\/h4>\n<p>You provide the data to us when you buy, write to us, create an account or subscribe. The data marked as required in the forms is essential to process your order or request; if you do not provide it, we will not be able to assist you. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles that produce legal effects on you.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"6-your-rights\">6. Your rights<\/h4>\n<p>You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out). Minors<\/h4>\n<p>The Website is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14. Commercial communications and newsletter<\/h4>\n<p>We do not send spam. We will only send you commercial emails if you have given your consent, or if you are a customer and the email concerns products similar to those you bought, and always with a simple link to unsubscribe. To subscribe to the newsletter you must tick the box yourself, as it is unticked by default. We send it with Mailchimp (section 3).<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"10-what-cookies-are-and-which-types-we-use\">10. What cookies are and which types we use<\/h4>\n<p>A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device to remember information. Depending on who manages them, they are first-party (sent by this Website) or third-party (sent by another domain, such as Google). Depending on their duration, they are session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (they remain for a defined period).
